Yeah us too, then play games perhaps, have the evening meal, then put t'telly on and watch a DVD or a recorded program, we don;t watch TV per se as we never plug the aerial in and no dish, I stream Netflix stuff from my phone too.

Play Scrabble; read; watch DVDs...

I buy cheap DVD's from Ebay/charity shops. I seldom pay more than a quid or two for any DVD.

Then when we watch them, make a list of any films where the trailers that look good...and then buy those to replenish when we are at home. The watched DVD's I pop back on Ebay and re-sell or drop back into the charity shop.

Over the last year or so we have watched the complete Game of Thrones and by buying these as 'box sets' off Ebay In nearly every case I have then managed to sell them for more than I bought them for...weirdly enough!

We have the first 4 series of Cold Feet to watch and series one ppf Peaky Blinders too: both of which we never watched when on TV. I think I paid 2 quid for the 4 series box set of Cold Feet and 2 quid for PB's!

Same as the others, read on my Hudl, watch DVDs, plus while I'm home I record loads of stuff on a media unit that takes 12volts. I usually have 200-300 programmes to watch.

Not forgetting I'm out several times a day with Ellie.

No-one to play games with, I'm afraid. Erherr.[bawl]

Talk to each other a lot of the time and listen to nice music.
Hans plays his harmonica, I play on the forums or read a book on the Kindle. We are never bored.
We don't play games,  of any sort [crying-fountain]
We do have some DVD´s to watch, but most are still unwatched, I must learn how to put them on my WD passport.

This is of course only on not pleasant evenings, otherwise out walking or chatting to other people if we can find any.
I'm getting Navajo sick now, we haven't been away for even one night since last year, day trips only, for reasons some of you know.

Used to have a Telly in the van to play DVDs on but that went years ago. I hardly ever watch the box whilst home. Have been thinking about getting another so The Good Lady Bill can be entertained though. I generally read books or newspapers from my Kindle and go for long walks with Rosie. Both of us like to have long drawn out meals whilst drinking a nice bottle of wine and generally sit around chatting and taking in the view and people watching.

Nick.

I'm going deaf. Life is so much more peaceful now.

It almost (only almost) makes me regret not being married still, so I can get the full benefit. Guffaw.

Amazing how much time is taken up with planning the next overnight, plus back up plans in case we don’t like our first choice. Time to read up on what we might do during the day. Identifying suitable car parks for sightseeing or walking. Where to empty/ fill. Find diesel and LPG. It all takes time as well as that leisurely meal (yes with a bottle or two) and then using the dishwasher (James).
Any time left is reading (j), knitting whilst listening to audiobooks, playing with CO2 and then I do the pre-bed dog walk.

There’s also selective hearing! J’s bearing ain’t purr fect either and the Chinese whispers effect can be quite amusing. And I’ve been passed all sorts of things I didn’t ask for!

I take puzzles with me so on wet or very cold evenings I can do an hour or so
just to give me a break from reading all the time. Luckily when the weather
is half descent I walk quite a lot till the knee starts complaining lol.
