All electric means no wildcamping. Might affect selling it when the time comes.

I have a wee generator for wild camping , and an old gas kettle , the water heater will do for a couple of years,

I would be lost without a boiler that runs on gas as geoff says it would mean you need hookup all the time, not really a good idea I wouldn’t think unless you get one that runs on 12 volt just need a big battery bank and lots of solar panels to keep charging them up.😎

Will have a think about it. And see if a reshuffle of finances will allow for a new gas boiler ,

I’m with the learned peeps above, you really should see about a gas/electric unit.

Look at gas only too as they are cheaper than gas and electric.
