Good idea as overloading means stopping can become a problem.

Overloading a big problem with motorhomes especially with the 3.5 tonne restrictions.

One thing to bear in mind about overweight motorhomes as they are NOT goods vehicles then the overweight offence is not committed. Overweight legislation only applies to goods vehicles. You must be prosecuted for an alternative offence such as 'dangerous condition' or similar.

Yes another sleepless night Geoff, nothing to do with heat though had to close the window it was too cold.

Yes it is still dangerous to drive any vehicle overweight though, braking, tyres, stability , stopping distances etc
