I'm looking to pass my Kontiki on to my son-in-law, but he has two youngsters and there are only two seat belts fitted.

Is it possible to have belts fitted on the inward facing rear bench seats? If so, who by and do they have to be tested by Min of Trans?

Any help appreciated.

Do you mean the longitudinal seats? If so, no. Seats need to be facing to the front or to the rear. Are these seats in the rear lounge? If so, no. There needs to be proper seat belt location fixings that have the correct certification.
