i have a row of light switches at the habitation door but there is a black one with a red light that i cant work out what it is - pic attached

What van do you have as I don’t recognise the symbol on it. Looks like it could be to do with water heater for frost protection in the waste tank maybe.

I don’t either, it it’s a damn good guess looking at the symbol though.

its a mobilvetta P68 - you know i seem to remember being told something about frost protection but why put the switch at the exit door

I had to go and Google your MH. Thankfully it’s just a tad too long for my driveway, (whew, that’s save me some money) it’s certainly a smart looking machine

As for switch placement, I suppose it has to go somewhere - perhaps you open the door to go out, realise it’s a bit chilly outside and so can switch it on?

thanks for pointing me in the right direction - its a winter pack (didnt even know i had it !!!)

WINTER PACK
Waste water tank coated with 20 mm insulating material and with anti-freezing resistor (KEAP, KEA M, K-Yacht Tekno Line and K-Silver).

I guess when it’s switched on there is a red light so if you go out once it’s warmed up outside it reminds ya to switch it off. Good post by the way alrob 👍. Makes a nice change to have a Moho question 😎
