Both of the polaroid cameras looked promising options but use either the Zink paper or pic300 paper which is even more expensive but thanks for the links. I've decided to stick with what I've got, better the devil you know. Thanks to everyone for their efforts, much appreciated. Pete

A quick uppydate... Just blagged a pogo printer (no charging cable but I've already got one) and 80 prints off ebay for £34 + p&p. Buyer even included 6 first class stamps in case I needed to return it. Tested it and it works fine. Paper alone is worth £40 so well chuffed. I now have a newish printer and can use the battery out of the old one as a back up.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/222557227586 Pleased with that. Pete

Good news, pleased your sorted for a while at least. I learnt a bit about small printers too, so that's a bonus.

That's a bit of good news, how durable are Polaroid prints?

Probably about the same as a normal printed photo like in the olden days. Picture quality wise they're not brilliant but they are ideal for us as they are just for putting in a journal, and are sticky backed as well. Being only 3 x 2in you don't tend to notice the picture quality so much. Pete

I'd be tempted to do similar but my laser printer doesn't like to print pictures for some reason, I've tried everything, it prints other stuff perfectly.
