Red sky at night - Sidmouth’s on fire. 🤪

I’ll bet you’re getting some great skies over the sea at the moment Drew, there’s not such a large amount of airplanes and vapour trails to cloud things over.  What as shame with all this fine weather you can’t get out and tickle some fish.

The stars have been amazing over Exmoor for the last two evenings. We are a ‘Dark Skies’ area anyway, but they have been exceptional over the last few nights.

I think there needs to be a thin cloud or two to make the red sky doesn't there?
It's 2.38 am, I just looked out, there is no moon, but trillions of stars, it has been like they for a few nights now.

We’ve had clear skies here too. And the little campsite beach where I take CO2 last thing has a labyrinth marked out in stones.  I walk it with my torch, comtemplate the day just gone, consider the coming day and then stand at peace admiring the stars.

That sounds almost poetic Katherine.  I think a lot of people will be doing a lot of thinking now they have been forced to wind down.

There is an important minority who will never have been so busy and so at risk.
If I were (or is it was?) religious I would pray, but I honestly don´t think that would do any good, if it ever does/did.

I have a long to do list some of the things have been on it for years, I always said got to save some things as ya never know when you’re going to have loads of time on your hands, I have started on a couple but not rushing into anything as we could have months more of this self time at home.
On a brighter note van is packed ready to go just need to fill the fridge when the time comes and I will be over the hill and far away. can’t wait to see the back of this virus and all the pain and trouble it’s caused for so many families and businesses.
