Been doing it for about 25 years. This is my 3rd machine, bought it about 2 years ago. If you want a bear, I made the one on the left in 2002, the other one I made for my Great Grandaughter 18 months ago.  Made some others for friends and they all travel in their motorhomes and caravans.  Mine has travelled thousands of miles. There’s one sleeping in Spain at the moment.74ECA631-5F54-4AF2-B417-BDBB11E82C4C.jpeg    985C58E5-3D36-4E2D-9E21-08830401BA98.jpeg

Will have to have a look if I have enough fleece material as I can’t go out for more at the moment, I think I have some light brown but I don’t know about the white. Fleece is better because it gives, I did make a couple using patchwork pieces but they weren’t as good.  CF17EAC7-7311-430E-BE76-18F7E6A28D95.jpeg  283AAA45-45D1-4212-87FB-77C1B74BA7BA.jpeg

Can´t you buy the fleece off the internet Sylvia?

The bear are lovely, you're very clever.

I used to have loads of bears, Liz packed them away when we moved, I am limited now, so I sneak ornaments in, not allowed soft ones anymore, still got a few kicking about though 🐻🐻🐻🐻

Mine usually lives in the van but he is sat on the front windowsill at the moment. The kids round here try to see how many bears they can spot on their daily walk.

I collect bears. My prize bear is a limited edition Steiff in German national costume I bought umpteen years ago, cost then was around 300 Deutschmarks. I try to buy one or two a year if something interesting comes along. Sue got me a lovely Panda a couple of birthdays ago. I’m not limited to teds either, I’ve got a lovely Steiff Marmot I got from Austria.

We visited a bear place in rudesheim we were on a campsite right next to a blown up bridge and only a few minutes walk into the town or a walk along the river were the big glass tour boat’s tie up. Twas a lovely town to wander round. Mind that was back in2005 we always said we would go back but never got to do it.
