When it first came out a few years ago it was a free programme for your PC called Tyre for motorcycle route planning later it became a free online service for motorcycle riders to plan routes / share routes with friends and then download them in a suitable format to upload to your bike sat nav. About 3 years ago they converted it to an app again for motorcycle riders and turned it into an app for smartphones to save having a motorcycle specific sat nav. Initially it was free then they wend for a free and premium app. Recently they expanded it away from the motorcycle market to the general market.

I used it for planning my routes for my motorcycle rides but as it became more expensive and free features reduced I stopped using it as there are now alternatives. I have just logged in and checked I last used it 3 years ago.

Ah, I remember some of the forum members talking about Tyre several years ago,I didn’t bother as I have enough Garmins to guide many lost souls.
