Took the Hymer out this morning for a shakedown and had a bit of an accident, we're both ok but the van ended up on its side. It was a stupid thing to do, you live and learn.

You’ve got some vicious corrugations on your road, when you get it upright I’m sure any dust will polish off. Drive safe next time, try the Lino

I see, it happens to those who drive a Hymer on Mercedes.
Don't call the rescue service, they'll ask you what you were doing around during the lockdown [biggrin].

Sorry, I was a bit bored.

The breakdown truck turned up but it was a bit too small, but not to worry, me and the missus pushed it upright and with a quick t cut, all is well. [smile]

I think Max has it right, the model is loosely based on a Mercedes Hymer but those with a keen eye will know that the 'B524' logo on the front of the model denotes its a conversion on a Fiat so they got that wrong.

Ours is a B504 but they didn't have one of those, it was a free gift when we bought the van 13 years ago from Hymer importers Edgehill Motorhomes, sadly no longer trading, anyone remember them?
