We have a TÜV (MOT) for our gas.

The Navajo passed its TÜV (MOT) and we also have a certificate for the gas,  its law here, but this is the first time the bloke has given us a certificate which says he has tested the oven, rings, heater, fridge, water heater etc. What a load of old, the water heater has no water in and it wouldn't have lit because the winter cover is on and also the fridge cover, the oven has all sorts of stuff crammed in it, the heater he would have to take the front off.
We have to ask Gordon tomorrow if he saw what the bloke did.

At least he gave you the certificate. The first time we had our motorhome habitation service, we had not realised we had to take things out of some cupboards and the shower. So they just didn’t get tested!

It’s law here in Spain too , and cost us 189€ and the guy did it via WhatsApp..
Photos were sent to him and he looked at them and sent the certificate... you just couldn’t make it up..
This place never ceases to amaze me.

We've given up looking for the gas light he tested 😃
Can't find it even in the dark.
Cost €60, so one third of your price in Spayne, does it also last for 2 years ?
He doesn't happen to do the MOT over WhatsApp as well?😉

It was a one off certificate, providing we don’t change anything ... sounds crazy.. yes that’s cos it is.. if we buy a NEW oven for example we have to have it checked again, but now we’ve had our 20yr old one checked, we can keep it as long as we like...
Sadly no mot via WhatsApp ...🤣
