Download this to your desktop and you will see what aircraft activity is going on around you. Click on an aircraft and you will see all sorts of details of the craft. Its owner, type, departure and arrival airfields and plenty of other info.

pinch to zoom and move to other locations at will. You can see lots of helicopters as well, in addition you will see gliders mostly on a summers day, not at the moment.

If you have gone to the trouble of installing this and are having a look around, go to view the top of South America. There you will see lots of balloon icons. These are “project loon” which provides internet access to remote locations.

Alternately you can use https://planefinder.net/flight/ASCOT474  unlike Flightradar24 planefinder show military planes of which are very busy at the moment due to lack of civvy planes in the skies.

Bought Flightradar24 years ago from Apple store. Now they discontinued
my version and can not have full functionality. I have to subscribe to their new app. Not very cool. I love this app.
