Hi Barry,

Just a suggestion, Copy and paste the text from your email into "Google Translate" on your IPad, then select — eg German to English or whatever other language you want to translate from.

Hi Barry, This will take practise, be patient as it can be fiddly until you have mastered it but I does work.

Tap the first word in the email, it will be highlighted, a window will open above it giving you                                                 multi choices, Copy – Select All etc.

Tap Select All. This will highlight all text in the email.

Another window will appear, select Copy. This will copy all the selected text.

Tap the area where you are going to place the text, i.e. Google Translate, another window will appear giving you the Paste option. Tap Paste.

Thanks Barry, I must admit that I had never tried to translate an email using Google Translate on my iPad, this was a first for me.

This is easier done on a computer i.e. the copying and pasting is much easier.

Cheers,

Drew
