Just checked , with 60 min gone in European Championship Qualifiers  football, Scotland being beaten 3-0.
This means that Scotland could be out of Europe before the rest of the UK despite wanting to stay in, oh no wait, we've got a play off despite results from our section. And I thought the Brexit was awkward to understand Think there may be a vote to clarify our standing[whistling-smiley-emoticon].

As usual . Ever since Jock Stein became manager,  long time ago  the fight and passion has been sucked out of the team by slowing down our football. Get into thr opposition and let them know you're there, the way we used to.
Current players don't want to play International Football for Scotland.A sucession of Scotland managers had the motto , play for a draw, and were happy with it . Only one way to play any game , to WIN. Imagine Ballasteros being happy with second place , nah.
Time for Scotland to field the 21's and let them grow together.
Really p*ssed off with the result.
Thank God the golf season gets into swing properly at the end of the month.

For fair weather players like me there is , December January and February the closed season until global warming really kicks in[whistling-smiley-emoticon]. My club operates a lift from the fairway during these months as the divots don't re root properly. When you're as straight as I am from the tee you lose your advantage when you lift to the side where the nugget you're playing invariably is, IF ONLY[ear-to-ear-smiling-smiley-emoticon]. I'll play the odd game during winter months but don't really enjoy it.
Off to clean the clubs for end of month.

I’m still only playing twice a week, Monday and Saturday, when the clocks change I’ll be out on a Wednesday as well. Bring it on!
