Thanks for that news, Paul. I'm very sorry to hear what a tough time he has had. He cared for his wife for so long which must have worn him down and affected his own health. I hope he will have some better health and enjoyable times with his daughter to look forward to.

Thank you for making contact and giving us the sad news about his wife’s passing. I hope Cabby makes a decent recovery and is able to resume contact in due course.

It might be nice, if it is thought acceptable, if you or jan would pass the news on to members of facts where he was such a stalwart for many years. I am sure there are many members who would appreciate it.

I had feared something unpleasant had happened and I'm sorry we can't tell him how sorry we are and show him feelings on these and facts pages.
If you haven't already done so Paul I will pass the information onto facts, a bit later when my head is awake.
