Both of these big series are coming to an end in the next few days, one of them I’ll miss, the other deserve to go now

Game of Thrones has been building up to a climactic ending for a long while, but the last few episodes have been very rushed as if they have simply had to fit in a seasons worth of plots and counter plots in the just a few hours. Frankly, I’m very dis-chuffed with the most recent episode it is probably the worst ever. Thankfully it will all be over Monday night.

On the other hand BBT has been a funny mainstay to my nights TV watching, and I can watch rerun episodes all the time and still be made to laugh out loud at the silly situations they get into. The last double episode was screened last night in USA and will be aired finally on Thursday 23rd over here.

No spoilers, don’t worry, I watched both episodes earlier today ahead of most peeps here, and I can say it was the finest ending of an era ever, it near brought a tear to my eye. I’m going to miss new episodes and I really want to know how all of their characters progress.

At least I can always watch the reruns. At home it’s known by me as the “Penny show” 🤐

Never watched a second of game of thrones. My daughter introduced me to the big bang theory years ago. Always makes me chuckle too. Used a great clip to teach year seven and eight about flowcharts, when Sheldon was explaining how he planned to get friends. Hilarious.

I have never watched it, didn't know it was a comedy series, but I would miss half the jokes because of it being in German. I thought it was about how the world was created.😕

There was another programme called the big bang theory, it was a science series, that I could watch but the other is pure dross for me.

Just goes to show how little tv we watch (none in the van) that didn’t know about the science bbt. We have over 2 TB of digital films and TV series, on this trip since the middle of March we have watched one film. Amazingly always seem too busy to watch anything and better things to do with our time.

I enjoy a good bit of metal but I haven’t got a clue who they are, but they gelled together so well it really was awesome - a well used example of an overused word.

I have just relistened to it, this time wearing earpods (my hearing is so bad these days) and turned the volume up to a nice level 😈 and the sound quality is so much better I literally had goosebumps while listening.

I think this needs sharing elsewhere, John?
