Post as per the title really.

Is it getting cold enough for you yet, to drain down your boiler and/or your fresh water tank between trips?

Not yet but certainly getting that time of year. Am hoping to get away for a day or two before it's done. Also I've bought a few bags of absorbent to fill up the dehumidifiers for the van and summer house.

Nick.

I drained everything down when we went to clear the van, removed anything that could freeze because I had/have no idea when it will come out of hospital [crying-fountain]
Other years it was done sometime in November I think.

We use it all year round and if it’s going to be a cold night then I’ll put an electric heater in to keep off the frost at night
