This technology never ceases to amaze me, this morning I switched on WhatsApp on my desktop and it told me the phone battery was low and to recharge it to continue using WhatsApp on the desktop.
Guess what, I couldn´t find the buddy. phone [confused] I must now find out how to add the `where's my phone´ to the desktop.

I suppose I should put the phone on charge every night at the moment because I am using it a lot.
My old Nokia phone and text only I charge about once a week. [biggrin]

Just ring your mobile from your landline and hopefully you'll hear it ringing. Unless Motley has buried it in the garden.

I was just about to add this tugs, got no sim in it yet.

Not as much handy (iPhone) work today, I think I have done the largest amount of work on it.  The next big job is to find the right sim for it but I'm not in a hurry for that I can use the mobile wifi for now if I need it.

I'm confused, if you have no SIM in the phone how have you got whatsap on it or indeed how have you managed to use it?

Kev / Jan what I actually meant was that whenever I've had a different phone and wanted to add whatsap, you have to key in a phone number, to which they send a message, you have to reply to the message before they give access.
I did try to set it up on Mr.s C's tablet but gave up in the end.

We always use wifi wherever possible for our whatsap use as well.

Now I really am going to teach you something,[thumb]
I have used my home telecom number, you have a choice for them to send an SMS or phone you with the passcode, although my telecom phone can receive SMS it didn´t so I asked by clicking the right thing for them to call. It's all mind boglin.
