I don’t suppose you will come over to the East Max, but if the wind blows you of course I will be home next week, plenty of room in my garden. 15 km from Bad Freienwalde.

Tree at the bottom of my garden gets full of sparrows usually they are hidden inside the branches so can’t see them, few have decided to perch on top so I could get a photo.

We have found the garden has had an amazing amount of birds during the last few months. I am not sure if we have noticed them because we have been home more, or if we have actually had more feathered visitors! We even had an owl sitting on top of the bird table the other evening.

Yesterday I saw something I have never seen before. - A hawk or kestrel on the nut feeder! I didn’t know they did that! Both are regular visitors to the garden, but the bird flew off as it heard me open the back door, so I only got a glimpse.
